Tom Mills and Christie
Williams Named Texas Super Lawyers Again
(Dallas) - Attorneys Thomas W. Mills, Jr. and Christie N. Williams, name
partners in Dallas' Mills & Williams, L.L.P., have been named to the
2004 list of Texas Super Lawyers. This is the second year
for both attorneys to be named to the list.
The pair also received additional honors this year. Ms. Williams
was named one of the top 50 female attorneys in Texas, and Mr. Mills was
named one of the top 100 attorneys in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Super Lawyers selections are based on surveys sent to lawyers
across Texas and a review conducted by a blue ribbon panel of their
peers. The results are published in a special section of the
October 2004 issue of Texas Monthly magazine, as well as in
Texas Super Lawyers magazine, published by Law & Politics Media,
Inc.
"Both Christie and I are honored that fellow attorneys think enough of
our work to name us both as Super Lawyers," Mr. Mills says.
Mr. Mills, a longtime stalwart of the Dallas criminal defense bar,
specializes in high-profile criminal defense cases. He is board
certified in criminal law by both the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
"We have always considered
teamwork one of the keys to our success," says Ms. Williams. "I'm
proud that the attorneys we practice with every dayagree that Tom and I
are working hard for our clients."
Ms. Williams is a former
Dallas County prosecutor whose courtroom experience spans over 100
trials. She is board certified in criminal law by the Texas Board
of Legal Specialization.
With offices in both Dallas and Austin, Mills & Williams, L.L.P. is a
law firm devoted exclusively to complex criminal defense litigation.
The firm has built a tradition of excellence in the practice of law
through a commitment to hard work, thorough preparation, accuracy and
integrity.
