Kevin A. Voth

Kevin Voth came to Mills & Williams in 2004 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  Since joining the firm, Mr. Voth has distinguished himself representing a wide variety of clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and law enforcement entities.  Mr. Voth has handled cases ranging from DWI and license revocations to healthcare fraud to environmental regulatory violations.  In his short time with Mills & Williams, Mr. Voth has proven himself a skilled advocate at both trial and appellate levels of litigation.

While at Hastings, Mr. Voth ranked at the top of the written and oral advocacy programs. During his first year, he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Moot Court after earning Best Brief and Best Oral Argument honors. From then on, Mr. Voth became heavily involved in Hastings’ nationally recognized Moot Court Program, working as a teaching assistant and serving as Co-Chair of the department’s Student Advisory Board.

Prior to law school, Mr. Voth attended the University of California at Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Asian Studies in 1999. During that time, he also spent a year studying at Peking University in Beijing, China. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Voth is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Asian American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
